Meeting with UN Resident Coordinator in the Republic of South Africa

At the initiative of the Ambassador of Chile, Hugo Ignacio Llanos, the first meeting of ambassadors serving in the Republic of South Africa with prior experience at the United Nations in New York was held on November 18. The guest of the inaugural gathering was Mr. Nelson Muffuh, the UN Resident Coordinator in the Republic of South Africa. The discussion focused on the current dynamics within the United Nations and the activities of the Organization in the countries of Southern Africa.
