2. MONTENGRO VISA REQUIREMENTS
The following documents are required for a Montenegro visa:
- completed application form (attached)
- Clear copy of passport (do not include passport with application)
- 1 photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
- copy of return ticket (or reservation)
- proof of finance (± 50EUR available per day)
- proof of accommodation OR invitation letter from Montenegro certified in the local municipality, court or by Notary public
- travel insurance
The invitation letter needs to contain the name, address, and contact details of the person inviting, your full name and passport number and the dates of the visit.
For business visas, an invitation letter from the company in Montenegro is needed, as well as a letter from the company represented in South Africa confirming the trip.
Minors require unabridged birth certificate and parent/parents consent

Kindly note that visa prices are subject to fluctuations in the price of the Euro
The process takes 3-4 weeks.
NOTE: Multiple entry Schengen, U.S, British, Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Romania or Irish visas, or Permanent Residence in the countries mentioned will permit you to stay in Montenegro maximum 30 days.
Consular hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 - 14:00.
Documents must be printed one- sided and not to be stapled.
The application may be sent via post, courier or submitted by a third party.
