International Law, Diplomacy and Multilateralism | Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Republic of South Africa

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Pretoria, Saša Mart, attended a high-level roundtable discussion on 8 April 2026 titled “International Law, Diplomacy and Multilateralism for Peace in the Context of War: Iran and the Middle East,” organized by the University of South Africa (UNISA) in partnership with the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO).

The event brought together members of the diplomatic corps, former DIRCO diplomats, UNISA Ambassadors-in-Residence, civil society representatives, and students of international relations. The discussion focused on the role of international law, diplomacy, and multilateralism in addressing contemporary conflicts, with particular emphasis on developments in the Middle East.
