Ambassador Saša Mart joined the National Tree Planting Initiative

On the occasion of Heritage Day on September 24, 2026, at the invitation of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa, Ambassador Saša Mart joined the National Tree Planting Initiative Presidential One Billion Trees Program and planted a tree in the Freedom Part Heritage Site. The event was hosted by South African Deputy Minister for Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment, Ms. Bernice Swarts.
