Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia attends DIRCO Seminar on Democracy, Governance and Diplomacy | Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Republic of South Africa

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of South Africa Saša Mart attended the seminar titled “Democracy, Governance and Diplomacy”, organized by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) of the Republic of South Africa.

The central part of the programme was the Ministerial Panel, chaired by Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ronald Lamola and Deputy Minister Alvin Botes. The panel addressed issues related to sovereign agency, democracy and shared prosperity, as well as different models of governance and peace diplomacy.

Held as part of South Africa’s Youth Month, the seminar provided an important platform for exchanging views on democratic governance, the role of youth, international cooperation and the strengthening of global partnerships.
