Ambassador of Ecuador, H.E. Mauricio Montalvo visits the Embassy of Serbia in Pretoria

Ambassador Saša Mart received the Ambassador of Ecuador H.E. Mr. Mauricio Montalvo in the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. The meeting was held in a constructive and cordial atmosphere, highlighting the mutual interest of both countries in advancing bilateral engagement.
The two ambassadors exchanged views on the current state of Serbia–Ecuador relations and discussed opportunities to enhance cooperation in areas such as trade, education, culture, and multilateral coordination. They also reviewed possibilities for strengthening collaboration within South Africa’s dynamic diplomatic and regional environment, where both countries maintain active representation.
Ambassador Mart emphasized Serbia’s openness to deepening dialogue and developing practical forms of cooperation with Ecuador. Ambassador Montalvo conveyed Ecuador’s interest in exploring new partnerships and areas of mutual benefit.
The visit reaffirmed the commitment of both sides to maintaining regular communication and further strengthening bilateral relations.
